As tenants with them, Lets Rent have been excellent from beginning to end. They were easy to deal with when looking for and viewing properties with no unreasonable charges or deposits required just to apply. Once we were moved in they were easy to deal with and really helped us. They replaced fixtures swiftly and without unfair charges, they were easy to get hold of and always happy to help. As letting agents they have been the best I have ever worked with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

I can honestly say the whole procedure of finding a tenant and letting property went very smoothly. Any queries I had were dealt with immediately. I liked the fact you could pick which services you wanted as a landlord and the thorough procedure of referencing tenants.

I rented from Let's Rent for 4 years, which included a change of living partner, which was handled well and with speed. Also very good about responding to maintenance issues quickly and effectively. Inspections every 6 months. Were also very good at handling the end of the tenancy. Definitely one of the better rental agencies I've rented from!
