Let’s Rent Sponsors St Werburghs Community Event
We had a blast last week at Picnic in the Park, a local “mini festival” boasting wellbeing workshops, live music, food and drink, children’s activities and a variety of stalls.
As a business fully integrated into the fabric of the St Werburghs community, we were proud to sponsor such a successful and fun family event for the second year running.
Hosted annually in Mina Road park – just down the road from our main office – Picnic in the Park provides “a day for the community to get together”. Carried out with the help of local volunteers and St Werburghs Community Centre, The mini festival has changed over the years and throughout covid, but remains an exciting event in the calendar.
Free Face Painting for All!
Let’s Rent were proud to specifically support the free face painting stall, putting smiles on the faces of local children with colourful works of art. We loved seeing people show up with the friends and families which make St Werburghs such a vibrant, supportive place to live and work.

Prior to meeting Usman, the experience in trying to rent property in Bristol for
over 6 months was demoralising.
A Let's Rent representative (Seb) contacted me by phone to say they'd
managed to alter a few appointments for the viewing & I would be me by
Usman.
He was punctual & informative throughout prior to our entrance to the
building. He informed me of the layout, security & access which therefore
covered all the H&S criteria in case there was an issue.
Once the viewing was over, Usman assured me that he will send over the
documents via email for me to complete, which was actioned without delay.
Throughout the legal itinerary & required information, he kept me informed
which enabled me to clear up some issues the automated system rejected
unbeknownst to me.
Usman is a valid member of the team and the functionality of this business
benefits with him as a valid member.
