Last week, we were featured on a sky news report.
As seen on TV! Following our recent article on The Renter’s Reform Bill, we were excited to be invited to speak with Sky News about recent changes to the rental market in Bristol.
Reporters followed one of our agents to a house viewing and spoke to our founder, Adil, about why many landlords have been selling up.
Adil discussed how waiting lists for properties are increasing, with a queue of phone enquiries for rentals waiting each morning. Many property lets never even make it to the advertising phase, with viewings and offers being snapped up in the first few hours. He also discussed the impact this has on those who have been born and bred in Bristol, relative to those attracted to the city from the outside.
Film crews additionally followed Senior Property Manager Usman Ayub as he led a property viewing with a family of prospective tenants.
At Let’s Rent, we’re proud to use our expertise of the rental market to help inform the public and key decision makers for Bristol.
Watch the report below or here on Youtube. You can also read the text version on the Sky website.
