We founded our lettings agency back in 2009, and have since gone from strength to strength. We have seen the Bristol property market expand and take off and we have enjoyed being part of that journey. Starting off representing a handful of local landlords, we’ve expanded quickly and now offer our services to a range of developers, property owners and ex-pat landlords from our conveniently located offices in St. Werburghs, Bristol. Meet the team
Adil Ayub Founder (CePaP)
Having started his career straight from school, Adil is a well respected figure of authority within the Bristol property industry with 20 years of experience. He’s CePaP certified (Qualified in Property Advice and Practice) and is the go to person for anyone entering, or having issues in the buy-to-let market. Often regarded as “The Oracle”.
Adil grew up in Bristol and entered the property world when his father realised he was not attending his college classes!! After some hard words and good old discipline (leave that to your imagination) he secured a position of an apprentice in one of Bristol largest independent estate agency firms. In 2009 Adil decided to start his own agency, a challenging time during the recession, but with the right tenacity and his passion for success, Adil established LetsRent Bristol as a well-known brand.
Outside of work Adil loves spending time with his wife Mehwish and family of 3 young children, often his spare time is filled with his passion for gardening.
Mrs A Accounts Manager
Having finished her bachelor’s degree in Maths and Physics in a truly traditional style she had then an arranged marriage with Adil. Given her background in maths and love for working with numbers, not only the marriage but the business seemed to be a great fit. Away from work, She is an awesome mother to 3 children. She has a passion for cooking and loves organising family gatherings and food nights.
Usman Ayub Senior Property Manager (CePaP)
Having completed his A levels in IT & Business Administration, Usman decided to join his brother at Lets Rent at the age of 21.
Starting from the ground up, carrying out administrative tasks such as references and credit checks Usman really quickly progressed to a position as a lettings negotiator, he held this position for over 2 years, but then he went on to try pastures new.
Lucky for us, Usman returned back to Lets Rent having gained further experience in customer service positions and sales roles. Whilst being away, he realised the great relationship he had with landlords and tenants and had a burning desire to come back to service the industry with a bang. In 2020 he was Awarded UK’s 3rd best letting agent award given by All Agents.
Outside of work, Usman is married and has a 2 year old son, and is into physical activities, ie swimming, playing cricket, going to the gym, playing golf, going for long walks on Sunday with the family.
Sebastian Turvey Lettings Apprentice
Sebastian joined the company in 2021 under an apprenticeship and he is on target to qualify for Business Admin NCQ Level 3.
Sebastian’s role as an administrator is the backbone support for our office operations, dealing with credit checks, references, and producing tenancy agreements. Already outgrowing his role, he is being championed as our “letting negotiator”.
Outside of office hours, Seb enjoys playing football, focusing on personal development & spending time with family. Being from South America, Sebastian also finds travelling and learning about different cultures fascinating; Always planning his next trip.

Prior to meeting Usman, the experience in trying to rent property in Bristol for
over 6 months was demoralising.
A Let's Rent representative (Seb) contacted me by phone to say they'd
managed to alter a few appointments for the viewing & I would be me by
Usman.
He was punctual & informative throughout prior to our entrance to the
building. He informed me of the layout, security & access which therefore
covered all the H&S criteria in case there was an issue.
Once the viewing was over, Usman assured me that he will send over the
documents via email for me to complete, which was actioned without delay.
Throughout the legal itinerary & required information, he kept me informed
which enabled me to clear up some issues the automated system rejected
unbeknownst to me.
